Probate Law

            Helping someone probate, or administer the estate of someone who has passed away, is another service I provide.
            Several steps begin the process, including:
  1. Find the Last Will and Testament
  2. Determine if there is a Will
  3. Detrmine whether going to court is necessary

            I help handle inquiries from and about the State of Alaska Estate Tax, Creditors, financial distribution, and claims against the estate.
