            Decisions about Estate Planning are sometimes difficult to face but should not be left undone, in order to save beneficiaries further grief and expense.
  • Last Will and Testament - a legal declaration by which a person makes disposition of his or her estate to take effect after death. Will Worksheet.
  • Living Will - A Living Will indicates decisions or directions for the administration and/or the withdrawal or withholding of life-sustaining medical treatment in the event of incurable or irreversible unconsciousness that may result in death within a relatively short time. It may also indicate the desire to donate organs and funeral arrangements. Living Will example.
  • Trust - The legally arranged relationship in which one party holds legal title to another's property for the benefit of a party who holds equitable title to the property
