            For over 27 years I have been helping small businesses decide what ownership structure for them.
            I have been active in the Fairbanks business climate since 1976. Personal experience managing a Real Estate company gives me added insight into the needs of Fairbanks area businesses.

    Options include:
  • Inc. - Incorporation defines your business as a distinct entity apart from your personal identity.
  • Partnership - A business owned by two or more people that hasn't filed as a corporation or a limited liability company (LLC) is a Partnership.
  • L.L.C. - A Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.) is a distinct business entity with a less formal structure than a corporation.
