Bankruptcy Law

            A large portion of my practice is devoted to helping clients with debt and credit concerns. I work with clients in developing information to file their petitions.

            A payment plan has been developed to help clients pay for my services in filing their bankruptcy. Once I have been retained, clients may refer creditors calling for information and payment to my office.

            I work with Alaska Legal Services, and through them, present a no-cost quarterly Bankruptcy Seminar.
