Local & International Adoption

            Local and International Adoption is a rewarding aspect of my practice I have had personal experience with. My two daughter are adopted, so in addition to the numerous cases I have processed, I understand the very special concerns involved.
            Adoption is the process by which a legal parent-child relationship is created between individuals not biologically parent and child.

            Please contact my office for an appointment concerning your adoption. I have provided a link to a questionnaire that we may both find helpful for your initial interview. I look forward to helping you achieve the blessed addition to your family.
International Adoptions I have helped Alaskans adopt children from Russia.
Division of Family and Youth Services (DYFS) I handle DYFS cases involving the adoption of children for children who have been in state custody. Fees for this service are deferred until the State pays.
Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) I handle ICWA cases involving the adoption of Alaska Native children.
Uncontested Step Parent Adoption Additional fees may apply based on circumstances.
